Oh the time are a’ changin’. It looks like the long rumors of a Watchmen 2 sequel/prequel series have been put to rest this morning, by that I mean they were confirmed. Coming as early as this summer (no release date given), we’ll get the read the origin stories of all of our favorite characters from Night Owl to Ozymandias. This releases go as followed.

Now, I’m personally freaking out with excitement right now! I’m super excited to get my hands on these comics. Of course, it has 0 involvement from the original creators and thats where the controversy sets in. However, it’s happening and it’s a go and I have a good feeling that its going to come together nicely!

The 3D glasses for the Avengers movie are quite bad ass. Quite bad ass indeed.

So, something I’ve been meaning to touch on for about a week is the new rumors circulating around about the new Xbox and the battle against the used game market. Apparently (according to sed rumor), the system might possibly include an “anti-used game” feature. That or games themselves will have product keys, much like PC games. Of course, my initial question was, “what if I wanted to borrow a friends game?” Now, IGN put up an interesting idea that you could simply link the game to an on live Gamer Tag, which makes sense, and in that case I guess you could simply sign on to another profile to play the game on another console. It’s certainly interesting. The used game market has a pretty large effect on video games in general and to be honest, I don’t really buy many used games. I read lots of reviews, watch game play videos and troll the Internet before I make my decision to fork over 60 bucks for a title. Only time will tell how this will play out but it certainly is interesting to say the least.
